MHK has been providing managed IT services for over thirty years, serving small and mid-size businesses across New Jersey, New York, and Virginia. Our headquarters is in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, where most of the technical team works. We handle endpoints, networks, Microsoft 365, security, and the everyday questions that come up when technology gets in the way of work.
We're not a venture-backed software vendor. We're a managed services provider that decided some of our internal tools were good enough to offer to clients. Pulse is the first of those.
We use it ourselves every day.
Our team handles client email all day long. Service requests, status questions, vendor coordination, scheduling, all of it across dozens of client accounts at a time. Triage was eating hours of every technician's week, and the existing tools (rules, flags, follow-up reminders) didn't scale.
We built Pulse for ourselves first. Once it was reliable enough to handle our own inbound volume, and once our technicians stopped wanting to live without it, we started offering it to clients. The version of Pulse you'd subscribe to is the same service running on MHK staff inboxes today. On our own mailboxes, the ones Pulse has worked the longest, corrections have become infrequent. A newer mailbox needs more of them at first and fewer as Pulse learns how that mailbox is filed.
New capabilities ship monthly. When something doesn't work the way it should, you call your MHK technician, not a faceless support queue.
