Email consumes nearly a third of the modern workweek. Most of that time goes to triage: opening messages, deciding whether they matter, moving them to folders, scanning for what needs a reply. The work isn't valuable. It's just necessary.
Pulse by MHK is a managed service that handles that triage in the background. It begins by watching: for the first two weeks it learns how your team files mail and moves nothing. After that, an AI classifier reads inbound mail as it arrives and files it into your existing folder structure. Each mailbox sets how long Pulse waits before it files, so a busy shared inbox can file quickly while an executive's mailbox holds new mail a little longer. Pulse sends digests summarizing what arrived and what needs attention, on a schedule configured for each mailbox by your MHK technician. When it isn't confident about a message it holds it for review rather than guessing, so an uncertain call surfaces in your digest instead of landing in the wrong folder. Corrections teach it, and they get rarer as it learns the mailbox.
The core service needs nothing installed on your team's machines, and there's no setup to manage. A single admin approval authorizes it, and Pulse handles the rest. It runs inside your Microsoft 365 environment, configured and maintained by MHK on your behalf, so your team just opens Outlook and finds their inbox organized. An optional Outlook sidebar add-in is available on higher tiers for in-context thread summaries.
